This recipe is a little higher in carbs, so please be aware! It contains black beans, arrowroot flour and honey, all of which you can leave out. You could add other veggies and if you wanted a sweetener, use stevia. To thicken without using a carby option, you’ll have to have a play – but there are vegetable gum (xantha, guar etc.) options, almond/coconut flour etc, pureed veggies etc.

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
