INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Almonds or almond meal/flour
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1-2 scoops Adrenal Switch – Chocolate
  • Stevia to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Nut Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
  • Almond Meal or Desiccated Coconut (to coat balls in)

METHOD

  1. Process all ingredients (pulsing at first) in a high powdered food processor until mixture begins to clump together (if it is too dry add a little almond milk or water).
  2. Roll into balls and coat in Almond Meal or Desiccated Coconut.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy!
