Chocolate Bark


  • 1 cup organic coconut oil
  • 1 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3-4 scoops choc adrenal switch
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao nibs
  • Spring shredded coconut on top



  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then pour into a baking paper lined tin.
  2. Sprinkle with coconut and place in the freezer to set.
  3. Cut to desired size and store in snap lock bags in freezer.
