Chocolate Fat Shake Serves 1-2
Adapted from Tim Noakes The Real Meal Revolution.
- 150ml almond milk
- 50g butter (again, organic is best), preferably melted or at least soft!
- 50ml cream
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1Tbsp. cacao powder
- Dash of pink salt
- Optional – add vanilla extract, almond nut butter, a handful of baby spinach, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili etc.
- For extra sweetness you can also add a few drops of Nirvana Organics Stevia (I use 2)
- Blend the mixture with a stick blender or in the blender.
