Ingredients:
  • 250g Pouring cream or milk of your choice
  • 1 dessert spoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 dessert spoon xylitol or stevia to taste
  • ½ tsp. mixed spice
  • Dash of vanilla extract
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
  2. Blend for 6 mins at 70C on speed 3.
  3. Increase to speed 8 for 30 seconds (to create a beautiful frothy top!)
