Get Toned is a combination of Yoga-style stretches, mobility exercises, balance, relaxation and meditation teamed up with the very important components of Pilates: core strength, pelvic alignment and toning and strengthening the body. We work on the floor on an exercise mat and on our feet.
Classes are fun, gentle and designed specifically to reduce and prevent back pain while we work on increasing our fitness levels. Ages 12+ $10
