Eating good quality foods should mean you are getting all you need to stay healthy, right? Wrong. Sadly, simply eating foods, even top quality foods, doesn’t guarantee that you are getting the nutrition that you need.

I know this not only because I’ve done lots of research, but from my own personal experience. I work very closely with my naturopath to monitor what my levels are like and tweak them according to what we find out at each appointment. It’s fascinating!

I highly recommend you watch the videos above, especially the one with Greg, the creator of Switch Nutrition. It goes for an hour, and if you are serious about finding out what your body needs, this is a great place to start!
