- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk Kefir (or cream or milk/milk substitute of
- 2 rashers bacon, diced (omit for vegetarian)
- 1 tomato, diced
- ¼ cup grated mozzarella (omit for dairy-free)
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- Pepper to taste
- Pink salt to taste
- Optional chilli oil or chilli flakes
- Optional basil oil or fresh basil
- Preheat oven to 180.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Scoop mixture into prepared muffin tins.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
