- 500g green beans, fresh or frozen

- Lamb Mixture
- 2 cups grated mozzarella (omit for dairy free)
Lamb Mixture Ingredients:
- 2 brown onion, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped into bite size pieces
- 50g butter
- 500g mince lamb
- 150g red wine
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lamb Mixture Method:
Place onion, garlic and carrot in bowl. Chop 5 seconds on speed 5-6.
Add butter and sauté 3 minutes at 100 on speed 1.
Add mince and wine and cook for 10 minutes on Varoma temp reverse speed soft.
Add tomatoes, paste, zucchini, salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes at varoma on reverse speed soft. Leave MC lid on to prevent splashing.
Layer meat mixture, green beans and top with cauli mash and optional mozzarella.
Bake in oven at 180C for about 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
