Chair Yoga is a gentle style of yoga you can do from a (mostly) seated position that also incorporates the breathing and mind-body benefits of a traditional class.

Class covers things such as Flexibility, breathing, mindfulness, relaxation, balance, meditation with a focus on improving circulation and simply feeling good!

 

Time: 10:20am Fridays

Where: Logan Community Centre, Jacaranda Ave.

    Hi, do you have any other classes near logan for Yoga. I am looking for an early morning before 8am or just after 4pm. You were recommended to me, but unfortunately I’m on the coast and work in Loganholme BC until 4pm. Do you know of anyone?

      I’m so sorry for not replying to you! Something must have been going on, as all these messages are just showing up now.
      I run parkfit/bootcamp sessions in Shailer Park Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings in Shailer Park. They are outdoors and workouts are varied. We box, do Pilates, HiiT Training, use equipment and body weight… lots of different ways of training 🙂 However, the only Chair Yoga is on Friday mornings. Plates is low impact and done on the ground on a yoga mat. That is Thursday mornings. You are more than welcome to join us! My number is 0468306686 if you would like to text or call me.
