Chocolate Fat Shake

Chocolate Fat Shake Serves 1-2

Adapted from Tim Noakes The Real Meal Revolution.


  • 150ml almond milk
  • 50g butter (again, organic is best), preferably melted or at least soft!
  • 50ml cream
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1Tbsp. cacao powder
  • Dash of pink salt
  • Optional – add vanilla extract, almond nut butter, a handful of baby spinach, cinnamon, nutmeg, chili etc.
  • For extra sweetness you can also add a few drops of Nirvana Organics Stevia (I use 2)



  1. Blend the mixture with a stick blender or in the blender.
