Ingredients:
- 250g Pouring cream or milk of your choice
- 1 dessert spoon raw cacao powder
- 1 dessert spoon xylitol or stevia to taste
- ½ tsp. mixed spice
- Dash of vanilla extract
Method:
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
- Blend for 6 mins at 70C on speed 3.
- Increase to speed 8 for 30 seconds (to create a beautiful frothy top!)
