These classes are FUN FUN FUN! It is my ‘sparkliest’ (as in – we sweat lots!) class of the week – and we all just LOVE IT.
The music is great, the moves are fun and the heart rate is well and truly elevated. We focus on cardio vascular fitness, toning, dancing and intervals of both high and low intensity.
Don’t let it scare you! This class is suited to ALL fitness levels. We have the older, the younger, fit, the unfit, the overweight … all different types! …. and yet it works wonderfully! You take it at your OWN PACE… doing what feels right for you.
Why not come and see what it’s like? You might surprise yourself! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
All fitness levels welcome. Wear comfy workout gear, and bring a towel (to wipe away all that sweat!) and a drink bottle.
Killara classes are every second Thursday. On the alternate Thursday we run a HiiT class at the same time.
