Coconut Protein Balls

3 ingredients!

250ml coconut cream whipped ( i used electric beaters for about 5 minutes – it doesn’t get too thick…)
Add 4 scoops vanilla protein powder and beat some more (30 seconds or so)
Stir in 350g desiccated coconut – mix with a spoon

Roll into balls
