Ingredients:
  • 1 – 2 bunches of asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 heaped tsp. minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Preheat frying pan over medium to high heat and melt butter and oil.
  2. Add garlic, vinegar, and asparagus.
  3. Coat asparagus well.
  4. Fry, stirring every now and then for 4-7 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
  5. Serve with the sauce poured over the top.
