- 1 – 2 bunches of asparagus
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 1 heaped tsp. minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat frying pan over medium to high heat and melt butter and oil.
- Add garlic, vinegar, and asparagus.
- Coat asparagus well.
- Fry, stirring every now and then for 4-7 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved.
- Serve with the sauce poured over the top.
