Ingredients:
- 2 onions, peeled and halved
- 60g butter
- 2 tsp. Minced garlic
- 200g shredded ham (or bacon)
- 500g sirloin beef strips
- 150g mushrooms, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, peeled and cubed
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- ½ cup white wine
- ½ cup bone broth
- 1 Tbsp arrowroot flour
- 1 Tbsp. seeded mustard
- 60g sour cream
- 60g double cream
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Chop onion for 5 seconds on speed 5 MC on.
- Add garlic, butter and bacon and sauté for 2 minutes at 100 on speed 1 MC on.
- Add everything else except meat and Zuchinni and mix for 5 seconds on speed 2.
- Add meat and zucchini and cook at 100C for 22 minutes in reverse on speed slow.
