Ingredients:
  • 2 onions, peeled and halved
  • 60g butter
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 200g shredded ham (or bacon)
  • 500g sirloin beef strips
  • 150g mushrooms, diced
  • 1 medium zucchini, peeled and cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup bone broth
  • 1 Tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1 Tbsp. seeded mustard
  • 60g sour cream
  • 60g double cream
  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
  1. Chop onion for 5 seconds on speed 5 MC on.
  2. Add garlic, butter and bacon and sauté for 2 minutes at 100 on speed 1 MC on.
  3. Add everything else except meat and Zuchinni and mix for 5 seconds on speed 2.
  4. Add meat and zucchini and cook at 100C for 22 minutes in reverse on speed slow.
