Cheese Tacos

Serves 1 (1 taco shell)

These are AMAZING! Once you try them, you won’t want any traditional wraps holding your taco goodness in place! They are super easy to make too.

Ingredients:

  • Mozzarella Cheese, grated/shredded
  • Tasty Cheese, grated/shredded

Method:

  1. Place baking paper onto your microwave turntable and place cheese on it in a circle shape. The amount of cheese used depends on how big you want the taco shell to be.
  2. Microwave until cheese is melted (about 90 seconds) and starting to dry out (but not too dry as you want it to be pliable).
  3. Remove and dab off the grease, and then drape the paper over a glass to form the shape of a taco shell.
  4. Let it ‘set’.
  5. Fill with your taco goodies! I only had baby spinach and sour cream in the fridge when I made mine, but it was still divine!

Tip:

  • If you would prefer not to use the microeave, simply melt the cheese on tray lined with grease paper in the oven.

  1. Can you make them in the oven?? As my daughter would not like to use the microwave they sound great and so easy to make.
